1. Scope
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Vacation Home Furnishings website located at www.vacationhomefurnishings.com. We currently sell and ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

3. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition received.
- Item is in original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Support at support@vacationhomefurnishings.com or +1 (310) 997-0451 within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. Use a trackable method and include the return authorization details inside the package.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, in which case we cover return shipping.
6. Specific Situations
Change of Mind: Eligible within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds to the original payment method; restocking fees may apply where stated on the product page.
Defective or Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will provide a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
Incorrect Item Received: Contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return and send the correct item.
Order Never Arrived: If delivery exceeds the estimate, contact us to investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we’ll refund or replace.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel for a full refund if the order has not shipped. If shipped, please complete a return upon delivery.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal care items) unless unopened and unused
- Gift cards and downloadable software
8. Refunds
Approval & Inspection: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. We will notify you by email with approval or rejection.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: May apply if items are not in original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
9. Exchanges
We replace items if defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. To request an exchange, contact support@vacationhomefurnishings.com.
